We are now accepting English teacher applications for the 2024 Summer English Programs in Taiwan. All are welcome to apply and no previous teaching experience is required. However, we are especially interested in college aged students who are enrolled in an education program (TESOL preferred) and/or who have had previous cross-cultural experience. Previous teaching experience is also a plus. If accepted to teach for World Passport, students in education or cross-cultural studies programs are encouraged to talk with their college to see about receiving internship or course credit for participating in the program.
The World Passport program is designed for Taiwanese students to learn English while having fun at the same time. Many of the classes incorporate games and other fun educational activities. Therefore, beyond the ability to teach English, we are also interested in recruiting those with high energy, who have outgoing personalities as well as special talents. Some examples of special talents include: acting/drama ability, cheer leading/dance, martial arts, music, handicrafts, photography, magic, sports, or some other unique talent that we can incorporate into the program.
